We’ve put together this guide to provide a few answers about senior living and our community. And as always, we welcome your specific questions as well.

I Am a Prospective Resident

Is this the right time?

How can I help my family understand my reasons for moving?

Moving isn’t just a difficult decision for you; it can be hard for children and other family members, especially if the home you are leaving is full of warm childhood memories. Just as you want to enlist their support, so will you want to help them deal with the change. Be candid in your discussions with your family, and tell them why you want to move, whether it’s for health concerns or a desire for social opportunities. Offer them a tour of our campus. Seeing our facilities and talking to our many happy residents should go a long way in reassuring them that you are making a good decision. Ultimately, they will take their cues from you: Your confidence and optimism is what will seal the deal.
